Purlins
C- or Z-shaped steel bars, installed horizontally between the main frames, have the function of supporting the roof and the surrounding wall, while distributing the roof load and increasing the stiffness and stability of the structure.
Wind roof frame system
A steel frame system arranged on the roof, helping to ventilate, reduce the temperature inside the factory, and at the same time support the stability of the roof structure.
Mezzanine
A subfloor arranged inside the prefabricated steel building to increase usable space without changing the main structure. The mezzanine floor often uses a steel deck floor connected to the beam system, which has good load-bearing capacity, is easy to construct, and is suitable for the need to expand space and function.
Stairs, roof ladders
Made of steel, galvanized steel or stainless steel, used to connect floors or mezzanines, ensuring durability, safety and convenience for movement and escape.
Canopy
A substructure protruding in front or on the side of the building, often used to cover walkways, cargo loading and unloading areas, offering protection against the effects of rain and sun.
