In the DABACO Soybean Oil Pressing and Refining Factory project (Bac Ninh), CPT Steel was honored to be chosen as a partner to create the backbone for this large-scale project. We do not only supply steel; we provide peace of mind for the Investor on the journey of sustainable operation.

1. A large-scale imprint on over 16,000 m2 of premises

The DABACO project is a great “math problem” in terms of construction organization and volume management. On an area spanning ​​16,000 m², CPT Steel has successfully completed the production, supply and construction of more than 1,500 tons of structural steel.

The number 1,500 tons not only shows the production capacity but also demonstrates the ability to coordinate logistics skillfully. Each steel structure brought to the construction site is in a master plan, ensuring continuity, without a single moment of delay, meeting the strict progress of a key project in the Northern region.

2. Decoding the problem of "Technical reliability"

Unlike a conventional factory, an oil refinery is an intricate technological complex. The challenge for CPT Steel is to create a structural system with almost absolute mechanical precision to be compatible with the imported machinery system.

Refining Tower - The Heart of the Factory

The Refining Tower project requires the structure to withstand dynamic loads and vibrations during continuous operation. CPT Steel's team of engineers has meticulously calculated each connection point, ensuring rigidity and stability over time.

Tank System - Perfect Tightness

With a tank system, the biggest "enemy" is leakage. Any small error in the support structure or tank shell can lead to product loss or environmental risks.

3. Absolute safety: Priority number 1 in heavy industrial environments

The biggest challenge in the DABACO project is not in the technique, but in the specific construction environment: the Hexane tank storage area. This is an extremely sensitive, flammable solvent, setting a "red alert" for all construction activities, especially construction and welding work.
