CPT Summer Trip 2025 - a memorable journey that took place last summer - is still present in the hearts of every CPT Steel member. The refreshing laughter, the warm hugs on the shoulders and that fiery spirit have become a valuable source of energy. Temporarily putting aside the challenges of heavy industrial projects (such as DABACO, VinFast, Sembcorp, etc.) and the tense "steel arena", we had a wonderful vacation to "decompress", recharge our energy, and bring that fiery spirit to conquer the end of the year.

This is not just a vacation, but an opportunity to affirm the core philosophy of CPT Steel: People are invaluable assets and the foundation of the company.

Main impression: The spirit of "One Team - One Dream" has been realized.

Energy is regenerated, efficiency is enhanced: Bright faces, refreshing smiles are proof that all daily work stress and pressure have been completely relieved.

Distance being erased, in the Teambuilding space, all boundaries between departments (Business, Engineering, Production, Accounting, etc.) or ranks disappear. Only the solidarity of colleagues and deep understanding of each other's roles remain.
